FACILITIES

We have warm cosy bedrooms with tea making facilities, some with en-suite. Babies and children are very welcome.

Bedrooms

Orchard Barn has 4 bedrooms all of which are warm, light and airy with central heating, and upstairs on the first floor. All bedrooms have tea making facilities (coffee available on request), comfortable furniture and southerly views across the River Teign and the Dartmoor National Park Woodland backdrop behind.

Bedrooms 1 and 4 are both Double Rooms with an en suite loo, hand basin and shower, fitted wardrobe hanging space and plenty of drawers for storing clothes and other personal accessories.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both smaller Single Rooms with a shared bathroom opposite with bath and shower, loo and hand basin.

Additional children’s inflatable beds

There are 2 inflatable children’s single beds which with prior notification can be positioned in bedroom No 1 with ease should additional beds be required. If you are staying two or more nights, children occupying inflatable's are accorded a 20% discount..

Babies are welcome although guests are requested to bring their own portable cot and all other ancillary requirements including food. There is no charge for babies and should you require storing baby food in the fridge or using the microwave at any time that’s absolutely fine.
