Coming South from M5

Exit M5 at Junction 31 taking the A30 signed to Okehampton.
Take first slip road exit off A30 signed Exeter.
At the roundabout at the bottom of the slip road take first exit off signed Ide, Dunchideock and Dunsford 7 miles.
Follow this road passed Ide on your left until T Junction and turn left onto B3212. This is the Exeter to Mortonhampstead road.
Stay on the B3212 for about 6 miles (up hill and down dale) through Longdown.
You will see 2 signs for Dunsford off to the right from this road IGNOR both signs.
After the second sign and whilst still on the B3212 you have just 800m to run.
After 800m you will see a large white mill house on your left preceded by a “Residents Parking” sign, immediately after this house turn left and over a small gravelled humpback bridge.
Follow short drive round to the right and Orchard Barn car park is at the end.

Coming North from A38

Exit A38 at Chudleigh and at top of slip road off A38 turn left, after 100 yds turn right onto the B3193 signed Teign Valley, Trusham, Christow and Dunsford.
Follow B3193 for 8 miles ignoring all signs off to other villages until you come to a T junction and turn left onto the B3212. You are now on the Exeter to Mortonhampstead road – after half a mile you will see a sign to the right for Dunsford – ignore this sign and stay on the B3212 – you have just 800m to run.
After 800m you will see a large white mill house on your left preceded by a “Residents Parking” sign, immediately after this house turn left and over a small gravelled humpback bridge.
Follow short drive round to the right and Orchard Barn car park is at the end.

Coming East from A30

Exit A30 at Cheriton Bishop and at roundabout at top of slipway exit turn left signed Cheriton Bishop.
After a mile you will see a Pub called the Old Thatch on the left, turn left just before pub where an ancient oak tree sits astride the junction.
You are now on a small country road – follow it for about 5 miles all the way to Dunsford Village and at the T Junction turn right.
As you now enter the village you will see a Church and then the Royal Oak pub on your right – turn left opposite the pub.
At the bottom of this hill just passed the village garage turn right at the T junction after which you have just 800m to run.
After 800m you will see a large white mill house on your left preceded by a “Residents Parking” sign, immediately after this house turn left and over a small gravelled humpback bridge.
Follow short drive round to the right and Orchard Barn car park is at the end.
